Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic home health setting.

Responsibilities include nursing care within the LPN scope, medication administration, wound care, documenting patient information, and coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• At least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Recent PPD test.
