Job summary

The position involves staff development, leading process groups, utilization review, quality management, and bio-psychosocial assessments, reporting to the Social Service Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a related field is required.
• LCSW license required.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and psychoeducation to patients and families to aid coping with psychosocial problems.
• Lead process groups and contribute to staff training.
• Participate in utilization review, quality management, and bio-psychosocial assessments.
