Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Night shifts (7 pm–7:30 am) on a per diem schedule. Per diem level 1 involves 32–72 hours per 6-week cycle. The role requires an Illinois RN license and an ADN or higher degree; BSN must be pursued within five years of start.

Certifications in CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP are expected or in progress. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per policy, performing patient assessments, documenting progress, and

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or higher; if ADN is highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR through AHA; ACLS within six months; C-EFM within one year; NRP within six months.
• Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patients, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, document observations, and delegate tasks as needed.
