Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for a Per Diem float pool in Danville, PA. The role focuses on direct patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bedside nursing experience, including float or travel.
• Ability to work day/night rotations and rotate among multiple facilities.
• Graduate from a specialty training program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies.
• Evaluate and revise care plans based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Engage in quality, safety, and organizational improvement activities.
