Job summary

Accelerate Therapy and Performance is seeking a Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist to support a grocery store warehousing client in Dwight, IL. You will educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention, promote wellness, and deliver personalized care using established protocols.

The role offers flexible per diem scheduling and weekends as needed. Applicants must hold ATC/PTA/OTA/CSCS or related degrees and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
Must hold one of the listed professional certifications/licenses: ATC, PTA, OTA, CSCS, or an applicable degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree as specified per credential.
Experience in orthopedic/musculoskeletal care is a plus.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Per Diem Injury Prevention Specialist in the Industrial Setting

Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Type: Per Diem - Support includes filling in during vacations, sick days and 1 scheduled weekend day per month (up to 8-hour shift)

Work Location: In person - Dwight, IL
