Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Clinicians will visit patients at their homes, review medications and medical histories, and perform physical assessments using an iPad workflow. Travel locally and within licensed states is required.

The role offers part-time hours (12 per week) with a base hourly pay around $105, and includes malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related activities and supplied resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• MD or DO required to practice medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations in patients' residences.
• Engage with patients to address health questions and concerns.
• Perform physical evaluations and collect medical history; coordinate with health plan as needed.
• Travel locally and within licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
