Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations and engage with patients in the comfort of their homes. You will conduct medication and medical history reviews, perform physical evaluations, and coordinate with health plans as needed.

You must hold an active medical license and be able to travel locally across licensed states. This part-time role offers an hourly base pay, malpractice coverage, and supplied by Signify Health.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations.
• Perform medication & medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Travel locally to patient homes; virtual visits as needed.
