Job summary

One Medical is seeking per diem clinicians to see patients in Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek offices. You will handle acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-person and occasionally via tele-health, collaborating with a hybrid team of in-office and virtual clinicians.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or completed in Internal/Family Medicine residency programs, with 2 of 5 years of outpatient experience and Arizona licensure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with imminent exam.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in more states.
