Job summary

One Medical seeks a Casual/Per Diem clinician in Boston, MA to provide in-office and telehealth care. You will see patients with diverse needs, collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, and apply your internal or family medicine training.

Massachusetts licensure is required, and practice participation ranges up to 23 hours per week. The role is hourly, with a compensation rate of $150 per hour, and benefits eligibility varies by time worked.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; if not yet Board Certified, must be Board Eligible or in residency and scheduled for next exam
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before start date at One Medical

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role
• Provide in-office care and occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams in daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate
