Job summary

One Medical in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Provider to join our primary care team. This hourly clinician role supports in-office visits and occasional telehealth, with 8–23 patient care hours per week across Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek offices.

You will be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, be board certified or eligible, and hold AZ state license prior to start.

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with residency completion and next exam scheduled.
• Licensed in Arizona before start date.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role based out of multiple office locations across Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek (Supporting our Dana Park, SanTan Village and Queen Creek offices.)

The hourly rate for this role is $138.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
