Responsibilities

• Resolves drug distribution problems ensuring accurate and timely dose delivery.
• Interprets clinical and pharmacokinetic data to monitor medication plans.
• Communicates and documents problem detection, findings, and follow-up.
• Provides drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Participates in educational forums within the department.
• Documents medication use variances (MUVs) and adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Ensures regulatory and safety quality compliance within a High Reliability Organization.
