Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN to join BAYADA at Inspira Hospice in West Deptford, NJ. This per-diem role covers hospice clients across Gloucester County with visits to patients at home.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform medications, wound care, and other procedures, and document care using an EMR system. Travel to cases is required, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders accurately and timely.
• Perform client assessments as necessary; coordinate case management.
