Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred.
• NJ RN Licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary caseload of Hospice patients.
• Provide skilled professional nursing care according to standards.
• Collaborate to develop the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team plan of care.
• Teach and counsel patients and family members on nursing care.
