Ennoble Care is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home-based care around the Bryan County area, GA. You will visit patients, administer medications, and work with families to support comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Applicants should hold a GA RN license and have hospice or RN experience, with strong communication skills and empathy. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• Valid GA RN license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Experience as a hospice or end-of-life care RN.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and high standards.
• Excellent communication; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally stable.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Make visits to patients to evaluate condition as needed.
• Provide comfort according to patient needs and collaborate with caregivers.
• Assist with medication administration and symptom management.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Support families and provide post-mortem support.
