Qualifikationen

• Must have current NP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited NP program.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Provide comprehensive medical care for terminally ill patients, including assessments and care plans.
• Prescribe medications and complete hospice recertifications per regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians to manage symptoms.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on end-of-life care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and participate in QA initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving; proficient in EHR.
