Job summary
Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate hands-on care to patients at the end of life. Candidates should possess a current C.N.A. certificate and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Follow the plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being of patients.
- Support patients with personal care needs.
