Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice is seeking experienced Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants to support hospice clients from the Saginaw area with a Troy-based parent agency. This role focuses on compassionate in-home care and emotional support for patients and their families.

Hospice experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate. Weekend shifts are highlighted with perks such as family-time scheduling and after-school flexibility, plus a strong benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 6 months hospice experience preferred but training can be provided.
• Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families.
• Work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to hospice clients in home settings.
• Support patients and families, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services.

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice, a Medicare Certified Agency, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable *Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants* to provide personal care services to our Hospice clients serviced by our Saginaw office and the surrounding areas. Our Troy office location will be your parent agency.

The successful candidate will have a passion to provide end-of-life care and ensure our patients will spend the final days of their journey in comfort and with dignity.
