Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care services to hospice patients in the Saginaw, Midland, Bay City and surrounding areas in Michigan. This role offers weekend work options and the chance to help patients spend their final days with comfort and dignity.

Hospice experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Benefits and a supportive team are provided by AdvisaCare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months hospice experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to hospice patients according to the care plan.

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice, a Private Duty and Medicare Certified Agency, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care services to our Hospice clients serviced by our Saginaw office and Tri City surrounding areas (Midland, Bay City and Saginaw). Our Troy office location will be your parent agency. The successful candidate will have a passion to provide end-of-life care and ensure our patients will spend the final days of their journey in comfort and with dignity.
