Job summary

The Helper Bees invites qualified RNs to join our network as Independent Contractors for per diem in-home assessments. Assessments are conducted face-to-face in the claimant's home, focusing on cognitive and functional status. You will coordinate scheduling, complete documentation within 24 hours, and receive feedback within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years in geriatric care and current license.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction.
• Proficiency with computers/tablet-based tools and reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home cognitive and functional assessments.
• Complete structured assessments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report client status objectively.
• Coordinate scheduling with client or contact person.
• Submit assessments within 24 hours; reviewer follow-up within 48 hours.
