Job summary

Venture Forthe is seeking a Home Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality infusion services in patients' homes across the service area. This role includes IV initiation, monitoring, dressing changes, blood draws, and pump programming, with a strong emphasis on safety and patient comfort.

You will educate patients and caregivers, develop individualized plans of care, coordinate with providers and pharmacies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Infusion therapy experience strongly preferred, including IV therapy, PICC lines, central line care, biologics, TPN, IV antibiotics, and hydration therapy.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied home environments.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and ongoing competency programs.
• Assist with training and supervision of paraprofessional and nursing staff.

This position involves travel to patient homes and community settings throughout the service area. Travel is reimbersed. The role may require lifting and moving equipment and supplies in accordance with job requirements.
