Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide direct home and infusion‑suite nursing care across patient residences and infusion sites.

You will monitor patients, perform venipuncture, manage IVs and central lines, and educate patients and families on safe home infusion therapy while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Travel locally is required; current RN license and IV skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from accredited college or university.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• At least two years RN experience.
• IV certification and central line care experience.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home and infusion‑suite nursing care (IVs, medications, blood products, nutrition).
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and document assessments.
• Perform venipuncture and manage venous access (peripheral/central).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapy.
• Collaborate with directors, coordinators, physicians, and teams.
• Coordinate start‑of‑care and ongoing nursing visits; confirm schedules.
