Job summary

LUX Infusion is a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization delivering infusion care in patients' homes and infusion suites. We seek a part-time per diem infusion nurse to provide direct nursing care, manage IVs, monitor patients, and educate caregivers.

You'll travel locally across metropolitan-area locations, collaborate with physicians and nursing coordinators, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering a patient-first infusion experience with compassion and accountability.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years RN experience in infusion or acute care.
• IV certification and experience with central line care.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home and infusion-suite nursing care, including IV insertions, monitoring, and medication administration.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and document findings.
• Perform venipuncture and manage venous access, including peripheral IVs and central lines.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapy.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing coordinators, and internal teams to start and continue care.
• Complete nursing notes, care plans, and progress documentation.
• Travel locally to patient homes and infusion sites.
