Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse in Burlington, VT. You will provide infusion therapies in patients’ homes or infusion suites with clinical excellence, independence, and compassionate care.

This role requires an RN license in MA, at least two years of RN experience, IV certification with central line care, and willingness to travel. Join a team focused on patient-centered care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with MA at minimum.
• Minimum two years of RN experience, preferably in infusion/critical care.
• I.V. certification with central line care experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes and perform documentation.
• Bachelor's in nursing or Nursing degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and discontinue IV therapies in patients' homes or infusion suites.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples as ordered.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, line care, and symptom monitoring.
• Schedule visits and communicate outcomes with clinical and operations teams.
• Document all patient care and responses accurately in the chart.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinical leadership as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality standards.
