Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking a Part‑Time Per Diem Infusion Nurse to deliver high‑quality home and infusion‑suite care across CA. You’ll insert and monitor IVs, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, patient‑centered therapy.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, an active RN license in California, and at least two years of RN experience, plus IV certification and venous access knowledge. Travel locally to patient homes and infusion sites is expected.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and at least two years RN experience.
• IV certification and experience with central line care and management.
• Strong medical‑surgical, phlebotomy, and venous access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home and infusion‑suite nursing care including IVs, medications, blood products, and nutrition.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and document all activities.
• Perform venipuncture and manage venous access (peripheral and central).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapy.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing coordinators, and internal teams.
• Submit nursing notes, care plans, and progress documentation.
• Communicate patient status changes to physicians and stakeholders.
• Drive to patient homes and infusion sites as required.
