Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate clinical records for patients receiving infusion therapy.
• Provide nursing care per the plan of care and communicate changes to the physician.
• Assess patient condition and update the plan of care as needed.
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments per department standards.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy, medications, and potential complications.
