Job summary

WINNfusion is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our home infusion team in Bend, OR. This per-diem role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and one-on-one patient care delivering IV therapies in home settings.

Ideal candidates have infusion experience, are confident with placing IVs without immediate support, and enjoy community-based care. Travel up to 60 miles from home may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Proficient IV skills, including access to peripheral veins, Mediports, PICC lines, and central lines.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed records of care and observations.
