Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Speech Therapist to provide home care for patients in California. The Speech Therapist will assess, evaluate, and execute treatment plans focused on improving the communication and swallowing abilities of patients.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, documenting visits, and maintaining open communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Candidates must possess a valid SLPA license, CPR certification, and excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• License as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in California.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop care plans and assess patient needs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine home care needs.
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Complete documentation of visits within 24-48 hours.
