You will review assessments, code ICD-10, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain compliance and optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include OASIS reviews, inter-rater reliability, quality improvement participation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Active Californian RN license required.
• 1-2 years of clinical home health experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding required.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records.
• Current CPR certification (AHA).
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Review OASIS assessments for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve documentation issues.
• Monitor visit utilization and flag potential risks.
• Identify trends impacting agency outcomes and process measures.
• Conduct OASIS inter-rater reliability visits.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance.
• Stay current through ongoing education and professional development.
• Perform other duties as needed for patient services.
