Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Florida RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Florida CEUs required.
• Physical health form completed within 6 months.
• Negative TB skin test, chest X-ray, or QFT-Plus.
• Level 2 background clearance.
• Clear English communication.
• Valid driving record.
• Reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress; update care plans with physicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
