Job summary

Role requires an active Florida RN license, BLS, and a clean driving record. Candidates must be reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly in English. A flexible schedule and patient-centered care await in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN Florida license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Must complete Florida CEUs.
• Physical health form within last 6 months.
• Negative TB test or Quantiferon results (QFT-Plus).
• Level 2 AHCA background clearance.
• Clear English communication.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Professional and punctual conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
