Job summary

Allcare Home Health is looking for a PER DIEM California-Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Bellflower, CA. The RN will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in Southeast LA and surrounding areas, requiring strong clinical judgment and efficient documentation. Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience, a California RN license, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience in a Home Health or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and routine skilled nursing visits.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation within 48 hours.
