Allcare Home Health is looking for a Per Diem California-Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct skilled nursing visits in Orange County. Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care (SOC) and routine skilled nursing visits.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Complete accurate documentation within 48 hours.
