The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Per Diem RN to provide skilled nursing care and health teaching in patients' homes across the Treasure Coast.

Responsibilities include administering medications, observing patient responses, and developing and following individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. The position requires Florida RN licensure, 1 year of home health experience, and weekend availability.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Florida RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience.
• Knowledge of Homecare Homebase EMR and Oasis documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care and health teaching in patients' homes.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient responses.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans with the care team.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Maintain clinical records per guidelines and participate in QA.
• Meet productivity standards and work one weekend per month.
• Assist in orientation of new staff nurses.
