Qualifications
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
- Graduate from CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- One year of related physical therapy experience for home health care.
- If less than one year of experience, regional clinical leaders must approve with mentoring/residency involvement.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
- Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days at minimum), modify interventions and perform discharge planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
