Job summary

Omega Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a per diem basis. You will assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy in patients’ homes under physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds a California OT license, has home health experience, and can travel within the region. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility and demands strong communication with patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a home health or similar setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

This position is paid by the visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
