All Metro Health Care - Corning is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to oversee home care clients and caregivers in Corning, NY and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, field visits, and mentoring staff to ensure safe, high-quality in-home care.

This field-based position offers a flexible schedule with visits planned around client needs. Active NYS RN license, CPR, and supervisory experience are required, along with reliable transportation and at least one year in home care.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license.
• CPR certification.
• 1 year of home care experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience required.
• Valid NYS driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, educate, and support caregivers on assigned cases.
• Provide clinical orientation and participate intraining and in-services for new nurses and caregivers.
• Conduct initial assessments and supervisory home visits.
• Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and update plans of care based on client's needs/condition.
• Counsel clients and caregivers regarding nursing and care needs.
• Complete clinical progress notes and report changes in client condition.
• Review clinical records for accurate and complete documentation.
