Job summary

Primepoint, LLC is seeking a qualified inspector to review plans for completeness and compliance with the Uniform Construction Code of New Jersey. You will conduct inspections as required to ensure adherence to applicable codes and provide strong customer service with clear communication.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NJ driver’s license, and licensure such as RCS/ICS/HHS; dual licensure in multiple fields is preferred.

Under the direction of the Construction Official, review plans for completeness and compliance with the Uniform Construction Code of the State of New Jersey; make inspections, as required, to ensure compliance with all applicable codes; does related work as required.Minimum Requirement: High school diploma or its equivalent, possession of a valid RCS, ICS or HHS License and a valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing; Dual licensure in multiple fields (Electrical/Fire/Plumbing/Building) preferred; Considerable knowledge of the Uniform Construction code and of approved methods of inspection; Exceptional customer-service focus, strong communication skills and computer proficiency required.$40 - $50 / hour, commensurate with experience and the potential for full-time employment
