Job summary

Select Medical's NovaCare hand therapy team in Horsham, PA seeks an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The role focuses on hand therapy with mentorship toward CHT credentials and a supportive network of therapists.

The position offers a PRN schedule (Mon-Fri) with compensation of $50–$58 per hour, based on experience. A hands-on clinician with hand therapy interest is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create a plan of care for hand therapy.
• Provide comprehensive hand therapy treatment and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with centers, clinicians, and aides to manage cases.
