The position offers a PRN schedule (Mon-Fri) with compensation of $50–$58 per hour, based on experience. A hands-on clinician with hand therapy interest is preferred.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist

Location: Horsham, PA, Bux-Mont area to float

Schedule: PRN Monday through Friday

Compensation: $50-58/hr based on your experience.

NovaCare is seeking a Per Diem Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
