Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Rhode Island is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Case Coordinator to deliver both clinical and non-clinical foster care services and manage a caseload of children and families.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license. Per diem schedule offers meaningful, impactful work with our Therapeutic Foster Care program and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Master's Degree in related field required.
• Minimum two years' experience working with children, adolescents and families.
• Previous therapeutic foster care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and non-clinical foster care services to an assigned caseload of clients.
• Provide ongoing case management services to children in the Therapeutic Foster Care program, including treatment planning and advocacy.
• Respond calmly and provide clear direction to Proctor Parents, Providers, families and collaterals.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Devereux Therapeutic Foster Care and Shared Living Program policies.
• Serve as lead between the program and the treatment team via written and telephonic communication and meetings.
