Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts is seeking a Per Diem Clinical Case Coordinator to provide foster care services to an assigned caseload, combine clinical and non-clinical support, and coordinate with treatment teams.

This role requires a Master’s degree, valid driver’s license, and at least two years of clinical experience with children and families; base pay starts at $24.88/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Master’s Degree in related field required.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families.
• Previous therapeutic foster care experience preferred; knowledge of managed care principles a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and non-clinical foster care services to an assigned caseload of clients.
• Provide ongoing case management services to children in the Therapeutic Foster Care program, including treatment planning and liaison activities.
• Demonstrates ability to respond in a calm, thoughtful manner to Proctor Parents, Providers, families, collaterals and individuals.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Devereux Therapeutic Foster Care policies and procedures.
• Act as lead between the program and the treatment team through written and telephone communication and meetings
