Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Rutland, MA, is seeking a Case Coordinator to provide case management and liaison services for center, families, and agencies. The role includes documenting clinical information and participating in treatment teams.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $22/hour in Rutland, MA, up to $25.58/hour with education/experience. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work, or other related field is preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working with children/adolescents with mental health disabilities or graduate study in counseling, casework, social work, or related field.
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Principal and the Clinician to provide case management services as a liaison between center, families, agencies, social workers, lawyers and other involved parties.
• Will complete QI responsibilities for programs as well as gather clinical information and complete documentation as assigned.
• Serve as a member of individual treatment teams, program milieu team, and QI team.Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Engage with youth in a meaningful and positive manner, teaching and prompting appropriate behaviors, and providing positive reinforcement for the same.
• Possess adequate organizational and communication skills needed to complete required documentation, such as progress notes and incident reports.
