Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and patient records.
• May float to other units or facilities as needed.
