St. Mary’s Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem RN for our Emergency Department. The RN is responsible for daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals caring for the patient.

Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current RN licensure in West Virginia or a compact state is required. Experience is preferred but not required; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as RN in West Virginia or a compact state.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor care with nursing staff and other health professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources and maintain standards of care.
• Meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
• Justify and document patient care variations.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
