St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem RN for the Emergency Department. The RN will plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals, ensuring resources are used efficiently and standards of care are met.

The role emphasizes documentation and supporting Nursing Unit management. Graduation from an approved School of Nursing and active RN licensure (WV or compact) are required; experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state license.
• EXPERIENCE: Experience preferred but not required.
• SKILLS: Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources and maintenance of established standards of care.
• Document variations based on individual patient needs and outcomes.
• Assist in the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
