Qualifications

• BSN or higher required with NYS RN license.
• Active Basic Life Support certification.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Collects, assesses and documents patient healthcare data.
• Involves patient/family and interdisciplinary team to plan care and measurable outcomes.
• Educates patient/family regarding health status and care plan.
• Documents learning outcomes and education plans in the EHR.
• Participates in unit activities to provide safe, compassionate care.
• Complies with NYS Nurse Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
