Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to patrol the campus, manage gatehouse relief, and respond to emergencies. This on-site, per diem position emphasizes safety, rapid response, and coordination with local EMS and police.

Qualified candidates bring EMR/EMT credentials, CPR certification, and a demonstrated commitment to quality service for a vibrant retirement community.

Qualifications

Proactive, vigilant and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
CPR for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; higher licensure acceptable with requirement to obtain EMR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care with basic interventions.
Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
