Job summary

Qualifications

• Washington state CNA/NA-R/MA-P/MA-C license or eligible
• MA-P or EMT must obtain NA-R within 180 days of hire
• CNA, NA-R, or EMT must obtain MA-P by a determined date (Mary Bridge Hospital/Yakima locations vary)
• Current BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direct patient care as directed by health care practitioner
• Engage in maintaining a safe, therapeutic and aesthetic environment
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster learning for patients, families and health care staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patients
