Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking an Educational Consultant for per diem work across the DMV or New Jersey. The role focuses on training teachers, coaching, and delivering professional learning, with emphasis on i-Ready and Stile Education for NGSS-aligned middle school science. Travel up to 80% is expected, with a company laptop provided.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of teaching/PD experience, and is comfortable analyzing data and engaging school leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of teaching, coaching, and professional development.
• Experience teaching at the secondary (6–12) level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core/state standards for K–8.

Responsibilities

• Serve teachers with on-site product training and PD for teachers and school admins.
• Adjust PD workshops to fit participants’ needs and objectives.
• Promote equity by delivering PD to teachers, coaches, and leaders on i-Ready and Ready.
• Deliver PD for middle school science teachers and Stile Education implementation.
• Provide tailored on-site support to teachers and leaders, including data-informed instruction.
