Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a temporary, per diem Educational Consultant with a background in teaching, coaching teachers, delivering professional development, data analysis, and working with school leaders.

Based in NYC, this on-site role involves up to 80% travel, collaboration with the Manager of Professional Learning and sales teams, and on-site training for teachers and administrators. Compensation is hourly at $30–$65 depending on duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
• Experience teaching at the secondary (6–12) level would be ideal.
• Fluency with digital tools including online assessments and data discussion with teachers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional development and training for teachers and school leaders.
• Coordinate on-site product training and tailored workshops with partners.
• Track and submit detailed training notes and complete assignments timely.
• Present a professional image to customers and prospects.
